Pricing is based on the number of new review requests you’d like to send each month. The Starter Plan includes up to 50 review requests for $99/month. The Growth Plan allows 50–100 review requests for $199/month, while the Pro Plan offers unlimited requests for $299/month. Each plan comes with a 14-day free trial to get you started risk-free.

Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. So if you get 50 new customers per month you would be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning where we can reactivate your list of previous customers whether it's 100 previous customers or 3,000. It is important to note that follow ups are also included in each plan. So on the lowest plans we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers based on your follow up settings.

We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 2 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month.

If you get a new review while working with NovaResolve we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with NovaResolve. Contact our support and we can manually remove people who may have already left a review, but Google loves updated reviews right now. After all the more recent the review the better, so getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has already left a review we will no longer message them.
